Meet Your Teacher:
Ashrita started her practice to help her deal with anxiety and maintain her weight and got hooked on the practice ever since.
She has now been teaching for about three years in various forms of yoga like aqua yoga, acro yoga, aerial yoga & active meditation.
Ashrita is also a trained nutritionist and a massage therapist, and studies everything that compliments her practice.
About Her Practice:
Ashrita is 500hr certified in ashtanga, hatha, vinyasa and iyengar yoga.
She is also certified in nutrition and massage therapy.
About Her Classes:
Classes are designed for beginners & intermediate practitioners.
They are designed to help with weight loss, anxiety, muscle toning and health issues as well, eg: thyroid, blood pressure, etc
Ashrita offers private classes scheduled as per convenience & availability.
Duration: 45 - 60 minutes per class
