Our meditation cushions support your back and hips by elevating the pelvis, and taking pressure off your knees. 

Organic filling can be adjusted to provide just the right support. 

Our meditation cushions are made by a process we like to call Conscious Creation. Production leftovers & over-ordered fabrics, creatively re-used by local artisans living in Dharavi, Mumbai, to hand make our beautiful meditation cushions. 

This provides employment to local communities, helps the environment and ensures unique designs for each collection.

Outer Cover: Machine wash on cold with similar colours. Hang out to dry. Keep away from direct sunlight.

Inner Cover: Do not wet inner cushion as it will damage the buckwheat hull filling. If buckwheat hulls do get wet and become damaged, they should be replaced with new hulls.

A massive enabler towards habit forming

I’ve always had trouble sitting cross legged on the floor for more than a few minutes so my meditation sessions were always on a couch, and didn’t really have the best posture.

Until I came across this fantastic product which has just transformed my ability to sit cross legged with an erect spine. Using the pillow has gone a long way in helping me achieve a higher rate of adherence to the practice. Not only that, I often use it to sit on the floor while watching television or lounging around. The elegant design goes so well with our living room decor, that it just fits right in!

I use to hunch my back when I sit in meditation and doing pranayama and with the help of meditation cushion from kosha yoga I feel so gud,the way it supported my back and help me to sit for longer period of time comfortably and no tension in my back
