Meet Your Teacher:
Teju is a certified yogini, travel enthusiast & is passionate about everything fitness.
Her practice combines yoga asanas and meditation techniques, creating balance in body & mind. She introduces her students to yoga asanas through challenging and creative flows to have an unique inner body experience that will help people commit to their long term health and fitness goals.
Apart from being an yoga instructor Teju is a practicing interior designer, a talented photographer and an a content creator.
About Her Practice:
Teju has completed a 200hr training in Hatha yoga and a certification in Asthanga Style from Mysore. Apart from teaching at retreats and studios in Bangalore, she travels extensively across South India to teach Yoga in different locations.
About Her Classes:
Teju teaches a variety of disciplines like Yoga, Pre & Post Natal Yoga, Meditation & Pranayama and offers both, private & group sessions
Group sessions focus on yoga and strength/conditioning classes for beginners and intermediate practitioners
Private sessions can be customised as per her students needs.
Yoga, Pre/Post Natal Yoga: 60 minutes per class
Meditation, Pranayama: 30 minutes per class
Group Yoga Classes (maximum of 8 students)
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: 6am and 7.30am
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6pm
Personal Classes (Yoga, Pre/Post Natal Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama)
Personal classes are scheduled as per convenience.
